Pre-Planning with Johnston Funeral Home

Being members of the New York State Funeral Directors Association allows us to also be participants in The PrePlan which is a fund created for prearranged, prepaid funeral accounts of the families we serve.

We have found this to be invaluable as it allows families to discuss and plan ahead for their loved one without the emotional stress that is frequently present at the time that death occurs. This plan allows for the individualization of each person’s wishes and eases the burden for their family later on.

In January 2006, the PrePlan Trust Fund surpassed $400,000,000 with 535 funeral homes/ members of the NYS Funeral Directors Association currently using the plan.
